Jesus Christ said, \u201cWide is the gate and broad is <\/em> <\/em> that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.\u00a0 But small is the gate and narrow the ROAD<\/span> that leads to life, and only a few find it.\u201d <\/em>He urges us to <\/strong> (Matthew 7:13-14)<\/p>\n

<\/em>Indeed, Jesus announced, \u201cI am the\u00a0WAY<\/span> and the Truth and the Life.\u00a0 No one comes to the Father except through Me.\u201d <\/em><\/strong>(John 14:6)<\/p>\n

Christians believe that Jesus and His teachings are the Way to the Father and life.\u00a0 The early Christians called their belief and way of life \u201cthe WAY.\u201d <\/em>(<\/strong>Acts 9:2).<\/p>\n

This website is called \u201cFirst Steps on the Way.\u201d\u00a0 It is about this\u00a0WAY<\/strong> \u2013 the\u00a0WAY<\/strong> Christians believe and the\u00a0WAY<\/strong> Christians live.<\/p>\n

You see, the Christian life is like a journey.\u00a0 It begins somewhere and it ends somewhere.\u00a0 As a Chinese proverb says, \u201cThe longest journey begins with a single step.\u201d\u00a0 Likewise, in this Christian journey there are some first steps that must be taken.<\/p>\n

This website is about those \u201cfirst steps<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n
