Where to Begin
The very first verse of the Bible begins: “In the beginning God . . . ”
There is a God! God exists! The first thing that we need to believe is that God really is!
The Bible teaches that “without faith it is impossible to please Him, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek Him.” (Hebrews 11:6)
That God exists can be known in several ways:
- The things that He has made tell us that there is a God Who made these things. (Romans 1:20)
- Our own consciences tell us that there is a God to Whom we are accountable. (Romans 2:15)
- God has spoken to mankind through the prophets, His own Son, and the apostles. His words are recorded in the Bible.
- The Bible has accurately predicted the future – and continues to do so!
What Steps Should You Take?
- Believe that God exists.
- Believe that God rewards those who seek Him.
- Earnestly seek Him!
You will find Him! As He promises, you WILL find Him!
